As we discussed the pool liner replacement, the clients asked questions about other challenges they had with their on-ground pool. They only had a ladder to enter and exit the pool which created some inconvenience. The existing wooden deck showed signs of age and the open sides of the pool not bordered by a deck looked unfinished.
The weathered deck and surrounding gardens not only looked worn but also added the risk of splinters, gravel, and dirt entering the pool. So, the job quickly escalated to adding walk-in steps to the pool to replace the ladder. Then we discussed surrounding the open sides of the pool with concrete and upgrading the wooden deck to give it a more polished and complete look.
The project may have started as a simple liner consultation but became an on-ground pool upgrade with walk-in steps. New concrete and decking in addition to a successful pool liner replacement resulted in a stunning renovation creating a more inviting outdoor space to enjoy the rest of the summer.
